Johnston Honey is offered in two varieties, perennial garden nectar and prairie wildflower honey. Each variety is sold in different packages and we also offer a creamed honey.  Seasonally we offer comb honey locally.

Perennial Garden Nectar
Perennial nectar honey is labeled representing Dr. Johnston’s three children, Jessica, Julianna, and James .  Honey is gathered up to several miles from the hive, so it’s impossible to restrict bees to one source of nectar.

Prairie Wildflower
The Prairie Wildflower honey is just that, honey made from the nectar of wildflowers that bloom on the Minnesota prairie landscapes all summer. The Prairie Wildflower label shows a picture of a typical Minnesota prairie in bloom. On the the bottle is a sticker that identifies the wildflower district.
